Design Approach
This Manhattan, Kansas rental needed to feel warm and welcoming for guests and hold up to heavy use. We built the whole home around one palette of walnut, cognac leather and natural oak, then layered texture, soft lighting and durable, easy-care pieces so every room works for groups of up to eight.
The two-bay garage became the destination: a K-State game room with a pool table, foosball, a drink rail, a hall-of-fame wall and a DIY football feature wall, planned through layout studies, a wall-by-wall scheme and final renderings. Every room comes with a budgeted, clickable shopping list the owner can order from.
